Initiate Your Request
Contact our studio support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Artwork
Carefully repackage the item in its original protective sleeves and heavy-duty shipping box to ensure it arrives back at our studio undamaged.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 3-5 business days.
